The celebrated writing and storytelling workshop returns in 2026 at the San Francisco Public Library Richmond Branch. This five-week workshop will be held on Saturdays from 10:30-12:30, January 10 through February 7. Led by Lead Teaching Artist Corey Rosen.

About the event
Our celebrated writing and storytelling workshop returns in 2026 at the San Francisco Public Library Richmond Branch. This five-week workshop will be held on Saturdays from 10:30-12:30, January 10 through February 7. Led by our Lead Teaching Artist Corey Rosen, the workshop will explore the unique experiences within us all, as participants build storytelling literacy skills in a creative and collaborative environment.
Presented by San Francisco Opera’s Department of Engagement + Connectivity.
There is no fee to register or participate. Should the workshop become full, we will notify you and automatically add you to the waiting list.
Each two-hour session will take place at the Richmond Branch Library (351 9th Avenue, San Francisco.) Please do not register for a workshop unless you are confident that you can attend all five sessions.
